Amir Khan Autographs & Memorabilia Memorabilia

It was a case of quality over quantity in the British boxing team at the 2004 Athens Olympics.

Just one boxer was in that team - a skinny 17-year-old Lightweight called Amir Khan – and his devastating hand speed, sharp reflexes and variety of punches took him all the way to the final where he lost to the Cuban veteran Mario Kindelan.

Khan avenged that defeat in his last ever amateur fight before embarking on a pro career that has been glorious and turbulent in equal measure.

As he grew up, he bulked out, going from Lightweight to Welterweight in a career that has involved multiple world championship belts against pretty much all-comers in each division. He's also gone through a fair few trainers and hit the canvas rather more often than his skills should have allowed.

But he has emerged as one of Britain's – and the world's – greatest ever Welterweights and career-defining fights with either Floyd Mayweather Jr or Manny Pacquiao (or both) now await.
