How do I know that the items on your site are 100% genuine?

We've been in the autograph business for more than a decade and sold many thousands of items. You don't trade for so long – and in such high volume – if you're selling fake or copied autographs.

The vast majority of items we have for sale have been personally obtained by us and, wherever possible, we take photographs of every single piece of memorabilia that a particular star has been asked to sign.

Occasionally, we source items from other collectors and companies we have been dealing with for many years and who have the same high standards, when it comes to authenticity, as we do.

We are very proud of our worldwide reputation as a trusted supplier of genuine hand-signed memorabilia. It's taken us a long time to build that reputation and we're not about to throw it away by selling fake or copied signatures.

What is a COA?

COA stands for Certificate Of Authenticity and is a document that is issued with an item to certify that the particular piece of memorabilia is genuine.

Quite frankly, anyone can create a COA, so the document is only as good as the company, or individual, that has produced it. A COA from a firm or collector with a proven track record in the industry is what you need to look for.

Is everything on the site actually in stock?

It certainly is. Some companies will display items that they can't immediately sell to you or that have sold out.

But that's not what we do. Everything on our site is available to buy right here, right now. Put simply, if it's on the site, it's in stock.

How quickly will my items be delivered?

It depends where you are. We're a UK company so we have same-day dispatch on all UK orders placed before 3pm.

If you live outside the UK, delivery times will inevitably be a bit longer.

Typical delivery times are:

UK: 2-6 Days

Europe: 4-5 Days

ROW: 9-10 Days
